Pizza Order for Suncoast FLL Tournament

Use this form to let us know how many Jet's Cheese Pizzas and how many Jet's Pepperoni Pizzas to bring for your team at the Suncoast FLL Tournament on December 5th 2009 at the HCC Brandon Campus.

The cost of a large pizza (10 slices) is $12.00.

Drinks will be available at the consession stand.

You will receive a confirmation e-mail and/or phone call in the week prior to the event.  Payment is to be made at check-in on the day of the tournament.  Please make checks out to TechPlayzone.
