It looks like the site is converting the "&" character in the parameters to "&amp" in an attempt to make valid XHTML out of it (blah blah blah).  In the short term I updated your post to use a raw HTML input filter which allows the video to show on your post -- much cooler than just a link.  In the long term, I'm researching the issue and may end up having to add an embedded video field to handle this sort of thing...

Thanks for letting me know about it.  This will be a problem that I need to resolve for another project I'm working on, too...
