I keep trying to change my picture but it isn't working.
I made sure I was on the right website. "suncoastfll.ORG"
I shrank the picture.
I made it a PNG.
I changed it and changed it and changed it.
But it won't work.
And I changed it and I changed it...and I think it works

In the end, after hitting refresh one more time I got the new picture. I sure hope I used the one you meant to use (it said AVATAR.PNG in your upload directory).

what it boils down to is that the file name for the new image is the same as the old (which I did notice) so most browsers won't update their cached copy of the image (which explains why hitting refresh finally did show the correct image).
Of course, the article mention hacking core -- no big deal if you remember to re-apply your hack every time there's a point upgrade to core...
